1. What do you like about AES?

I , the student attending Assumption English School, am foriegn student. I has been living in Singapore since January. As the view of foriegn, specifically Korea, student, Assumpton English School is very active and funny place. Variety of races, cultures and food. Well-educated teachers teach us and study with us. At the first time, as I attended this school I could feel the excitement and passion of the students and teachers. And that's the most impressive one for me. The passion of the students. This is why I like AES

2.What do you dislike about AES?

Quite frankly, AES has some problems. The problem occurs at least once a week and even twice a week. Also, the facillities are not that satisfied despite the fee we give to school every single month. Of course, compare my school to the other school is not a good point, compare this school to my previous school in Korea, AES has not good and enough resource. And the main point is that I can see so many smoking students around the school. Actually, I went many ,almost all, places in Singapore. I went many school and I found that there's such a no school which has smoking students wandering around the school. Second-hand smoking is more dangerous than direct smoking. If school want students to study hard to go to the other good JC, they may have to consider about the health of students.

3. What's the purpose celebrating Founder's Day?

15th of August was the Founder's Day of Boy's Town and Assumption English School. We celebrated our meaningful day. Unfortunately, I couldn't attend the class due to the Mass. However, information from some students, they learned about the Founder. I think this Founder's Day is very important because it gives students a pride of their school.
